			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I have come to realize that over the years I have trained myself to make websites by following standards.<br />
I was under the impression that these standards were not a requirement, but you would be considered an amateur if you couldn&#8217;t follow them.<span id="more-6"></span></p>
<p>Recently I have realized that what I do is above and beyond what most people expect from a website but it&#8217;s hard to notice the background work unless you know what to look for.</p>
<p>If a website looks exactly the same in all browsers on all platforms, I have done my job. Most people take that for granted, but honestly there are a LOT of people out there claiming they can make a website who cant meet that standard.</p>
<p>Alongside that anyone who reads any of my work in code would actually understand what&#8217;s going on and how to manage of update it.</p>
<p>Why do so many others not know how to meet simple standards?</p>
